Summary
Any unused ad budget is refunded by individual agreement with each client. Service fees and ad spend already charged by Google are non-refundable.
1. What is refundable
When you stop using our services, any unused ad budget remaining in the account is refunded under an individual agreement between AdsNest and you. The method, amount and timing are agreed when we process your request.
2. What is not refundable
- Service fees already paid: top-up, campaign management, review, appeal support and website design fees
- Ad spend already charged by Google (impressions, clicks, etc.)
3. How to request a refund
- Contact us on Telegram, WhatsApp or email with your request
- We reconcile the actual remaining balance and send you the proposed refund amount
- Once agreed, the refund is sent to the account used for payment
4. Suspended accounts
If Google suspends the account, the remaining balance is reconciled after Google’s final cost confirmation and handled under section 1. Amounts already charged by Google are not refundable.
